Donation & Access Policy

ALVIRAMA Community Project
Last updated: 7 February 2026

1. Community Donation Model

ALVIRAMA operates as a community-supported initiative. Monetary contributions are voluntary donations intended to support infrastructure and operational costs.

The Project does not sell goods or services.

2. Donations Are Not Payments

Donations do not constitute payment, purchase, or consideration for any product or service. They do not establish consumer or commercial rights.

Participation remains voluntary and discretionary.

3. Access as Courtesy

Access to the Project or specific features may be granted as a goodwill gesture in recognition of community support.

Such access does not imply entitlement or permanence.

4. No Refund Policy

All donations are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

This policy exists to preserve the non-commercial nature of the Project.

5. Chargebacks

Any attempt to reverse a donation through a payment provider (chargeback) is considered fraudulent behavior.

Such actions result in immediate and permanent revocation of access.

6. Discretionary Access

Access may be modified, restricted, or revoked at any time based on security, capacity, or administrative considerations.

No justification is required for such decisions.

7. Use of Donations

Donations are applied toward infrastructure costs, including servers, hosting, domains, and software licenses.

They are not allocated to profit distribution.

8. No Obligations

The Project assumes no obligation to provide updates, continuity, or availability in exchange for donations.
