Terms of Service

ALVIRAMA Community Project
Last updated: 7 February 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ALVIRAMA platform (the “Project”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). These Terms form a legally binding framework governing your interaction with the Project.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Project. Continued use is deemed explicit acceptance of all provisions herein.

2. Project Status

ALVIRAMA is a private, community-driven, non-commercial project developed and maintained by independent enthusiasts. The Project exists as a technical initiative and is not incorporated as a financial, brokerage, or investment entity.

The primary goal of the Project is to provide technical tooling for automation and experimentation, not to offer commercial financial services or managed products.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Project only if you possess full legal capacity and are legally permitted to trade digital assets in your jurisdiction. By using the Project, you represent that you meet all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The Project does not independently verify user jurisdiction, citizenship, or regulatory eligibility. Responsibility for lawful use rests entirely with the user.

4. Nature of the Service

The Project provides a technical software interface (Software as a Service, SaaS) designed to automate the transmission of user-defined commands to third-party cryptocurrency exchanges.

The Project does not execute trades on its own behalf, does not provide trading signals, and does not hold, custody, or control user funds at any time.

5. Accounts and Access

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials, API keys, and connected devices. Any actions performed through a user account are deemed to be authorized by that user.

Loss, compromise, or misuse of access credentials remains solely the user’s responsibility, including any resulting financial or operational consequences.

6. Access Granting and Revocation

Access to the Project or specific features is provided at the sole discretion of the Administration. Access may be modified, limited, suspended, or revoked at any time.

Such actions may be taken for security, maintenance, compliance, or operational reasons, with or without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not attempt to interfere with the integrity, availability, or security of the Project. Prohibited actions include reverse engineering, unauthorized access attempts, abuse of system resources, or circumvention of safeguards.

Any unlawful use of the Project or use that threatens stability or other users is strictly forbidden.

8. Availability

The Project is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While the Administration makes reasonable efforts to maintain availability, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

The Project is hosted on modern European Tier-1 infrastructure; however, availability remains dependent on third-party providers, network conditions, and external services.

9. Termination

The Administration reserves the right to terminate or suspend access immediately if these Terms are violated or if continued access presents a security or operational risk.

Termination may occur without prior notice and without obligation to provide justification.

10. Changes to Terms

The Terms may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. Updated versions become effective upon publication.

Continued use of the Project after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by generally applicable principles of law. Users waive any right to participate in class, collective, or representative actions against the Project.
